The map does not promise an exact arrival time. The displayed location is indicative and may be affected by GPS, device and mobile-network accuracy.
How can it be used?
Before the visit, the technician starts location sharing. The customer receives a link and a six-digit code by SMS or email. The link opens the map, while the code can be entered on this page. No separate app or customer account is required. The blue car below the map sends a short horn to the technician, who can honk back from the app.
What does the customer see?

Time-limited and data-minimised by design
A sharing session remains active for no more than two hours and the technician can stop it at any time. The system handles only the latest coordinate, its accuracy and timestamp. It does not record the route travelled.
When sharing stops or expires, the location, access and short-lived horn sequence numbers become invalid. The app displays the number of distinct browser sessions active during the last 15 seconds, which can also reveal a shared link or code. No name or contact detail is shown for this status.
