I am Ferenc Tóth, a sole trader. I work on the installation and inspection of the electrical and security systems of residential properties.

Electrical work ranges from immediate fault repair and replacement of distribution boards and residual-current devices (RCDs) to connecting new appliances such as ovens, induction hobs and water heaters, installing electric vehicle chargers, and meeting the electrical needs of a household as fully as possible.

The electrical safety inspection required every six years under Decree 40/2017 is now indispensable. It most commonly becomes necessary and mandatory when selling or renting out a property if no classification document less than six years old is available. I also prepare EPH declarations and reports for new gas connections and gas boiler replacements. Security technology is also part of my business profile. From its broad portfolio, I currently provide the installation of cameras and complete surveillance systems for my clients. I hold the official authorisations and insurance required for this work; every installation is documented and forms part of paper-based record keeping certified by the territorially competent police headquarters.

For every installation and inspection, orderly work, clear information and technically justified solutions are the foundation. Before work begins, we discuss the task, the options and the costs. I do not carry out poor-quality, non-compliant or non-standard work, even at a client's express request. In my business culture, maximum client satisfaction is the goal, surpassed only by the safety of my clients and their families and property.

I hold official authorisation, Chamber of Commerce registration and professional liability insurance, and I serve my clients with calibrated measuring equipment and appropriate professional knowledge.
