The effectiveness of cameras is not determined solely by their type. Correct planning and workmanship are just as important. Professional installation must take account of the optimum camera angle, the effects of backlighting and night illumination, secure configuration of remote access and, most importantly, the customer’s interests.

A poorly installed or incorrectly configured camera can easily produce unusable footage precisely when it is needed most.

When cameras are installed, it is important to take the applicable Hungarian and European data-protection rules into account.

For residential cameras, the general principle is that monitoring should primarily be justified by the legitimate interest in observing one’s own property. Monitoring public areas or a neighbouring property should be avoided. Only authorised persons may access recordings. The system should have appropriate password protection; only you should know the passwords and you should be able to change them at any time.

During installation, we endeavour to design the system in accordance with Hungarian and European data-protection practice.

What camera systems do we install?

For residential use, we install IP camera systems with remote access (accessible from a mobile phone), outdoor and indoor cameras, motion-detection systems and NVR-based recording systems, among others.

The system is always selected to suit the property and the customer’s individual needs. Our customers may also purchase their own camera system according to their own concept; there is no obstacle to this, and we install these systems too. However, for data-security and property-security reasons, we do not install cameras from unknown manufacturers even if expressly requested.

Warranty

Every installation is covered by a three-year warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty period naturally applies to installed devices. For every security system installed by the business, we perform a free audit in the 18th month after installation. We send advance information about it; although the service is free, customers must order it in advance.
